Position SummaryThis role serves as the FX Physical Therapy (FXPT) Marketing Manager, developing and executing campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement, growth, and awareness for FXPT, the FX brand, and all sub-brands. The primary responsibilities of this role are overseeing and leading all marketing efforts with a particular focus on brand strategy, brand communication, campaigns, social media, and market research to drive new lead generation, patient retention, and increased brand recognition. S/he supports internal teams such as Area Managers, Clinic Directors, Clinic Coordinators, and Staff PT's with planning and implementation of advertising and promotional activities.Duties & Responsibilities. Develop, implement, and manage all aspects of marketing strategies to meet business objectives, continually evaluating and improving strategic campaigns for all departments;. Efficiently delegate tasks and monitor progress of marketing team including: graphic designer, website designer, photographer/videographer, paid ads consultants, and physician liaison;. Plan, execute, and monitor social media-specific strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales;. Create and manage online, digital voice, presence, and content to build a consistent message and brand across all online platforms, websites, social media, etc. and keep all content updated;. Create portfolio of pictures and videos across all locations of clinics, equipment, and staff. Track and analyze marketing effectiveness using data analysis, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools;. Create compelling visual content such as web assets, promotional imagery, flyers, posters, and more for physical and online marketing campaigns;. Build and engage in HTML email marketing campaigns (via MailChimp), plus grow and manage email databases for lead generation;. Oversee and manage marketing budget and expenses for all types of collateral materials and campaigns, reporting on budget v. actual and other metrics;. Track, analyze, and report marketing ROI results from all marketing promotions and initiatives on a monthly basis and ad hoc as requested;. Ensure website is functioning at highest efficiency and making changes as needed;. Stay current with the latest marketing trends and developments in the industry and in general to continually improve and use in marketing strategies;. Maintain the highest levels of integrity and credibility at all times in alignment with our company values;. Ensure all deadlines are being met for all projects executed by the marketing team;. Work collaboratively and professionally with a variety of co-workers locally and elsewhere at all times to further marketing and business objectives and plans; and.
