Our Community Experience Manager oversees the Manifest experience for our members and community. Our manager is responsible for content curation, community engagement, and enhancing the in-store experience. You will maintain engagement among our members and our community and increase the sale of memberships and in store and online merchandise. Mentorship is key, as our employees will look to you for guidance and support.RequirementsYour duties will include:Monitor performance to ensure member and community (non-member) targets are achieved Ensuring a seamless customer experience through all Manifest departmentsLead staff in achieving targeted goals for memberships, retail products, personal services and other Manifest offerings Assist in the implementation of events, marketing strategies, campaigns and programming via marketing lead, PR agency and GM Formulate strategy to target community (non-member) conversion to membershipsImplement marketing campaigns to increase sales of services, retail products, memberships and other Manifest offerings Market and introduce promotions and opportunities to member and/or community for various services, membership discounts, and productsOversee online inventory ensuring products are readily available for member and community Assist with content curation via capturing images and identifying collaborative partners We need someone who:Loves social media, fashion, coffee, drinks and hair self-careHas strong social media marketing skills Has a High School Diploma or GED Has experience as a community managerHas experience launching community initiatives (eg building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)We hope to see: That you have 1-2 years of management experienceExperience in retail or hospitalityKnowledge of and experience with Salesforce or other CRM appsKnowledge of and experience with marketing software A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or social media BenefitsWe value embodied service, premium quality brands, and providing an unrivaled experience.We offer health, dental, and vision.
