You should have experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while having a mindset of building for scale. You'll have the chance to work in an open and collaborative environment, foster a self-service culture, and have ample opportunities to grow and accelerate your career.Our ideal candidate is well versed in both Mac and Windows troubleshooting, a history of providing Audio/Visual support, experience delivering IT services in a remote-first environment. You'll also be working on strategic projects both independently and in coordination with other technology teams. The position requires the individual to act independently through the use of skills, experiences, and training to resolve issues. SaaS experience is critical especially with automation and building something that will allow the company to scale rapidly.ResponsibilitiesHelp select and build SaaS IT tooling that will help us automate onboarding/offboarding. Help develop and build a new ticketing platform, asset management solution that will integrate across platforms.Help build a roadmap for the next few years that will allow the company to scale from 100-800.Assist with maintaining inventory of IT equipment and ensure healthy tracking.Serve as a point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance as we continue to build our team.Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end-usersAssist with employee onboarding and offboarding tasks.Help develop what IT orientation for new hires looks like. Assist with prepare knowledge base content for internal customers and document processes and procedures for other team membersSupport and maintain critical IT cloud applicationsCollaborate on IT projectsRequirementsSecurity first mindsetMinimum 10 years of IT experienceA solid understanding of SaaS, networking concepts, operating systems, and desktop supportFamiliarity with recent versions of macOS and WindowsStrong communication and writing ability.
