Responsibilities include helping to educate the team in Scrum and/or Kanban, and Scaled Framework, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. Help identify and remove impediments across the train and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the portfolio roadmap; executive roll up for reporting purposes and a key resource participating in the planning and prioritization of work. A partner and advisor to the release train engineering and BISO teams.Provide thought leadership, plan, manage roadmap activities, lead future work discussions. Identify areas of improvements and strategies to implement changes. Package and communicate portfolio updates, identifying information pertinent to stakeholders.Minimum Required Experiences4 yearsDesired ExperiencesBachelor degree or equivalentTHE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEResponsibilitiesThe Information Security Enablement - Scrum Master - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilitiesAs a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice and guidance to the team on the Scrum process and product lifecycle, train team members in understanding and using Agile methodologies, and define product scope and goals.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMGuide team members on how to use the Scrum process and Agile practices.Lead team members to ensure product vision and goals are met, and communicate product workflow to keep colleagues informed every step of the way.Identify organizational roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide feedback to management, so we can improve, innovate, and move forward.Lead team members on the continuous improvement of Agile practices.Experience5 years of related program, project, scrum master, release train engineer (RTE) or Agile experienceExperience with Agile Software Development preferably in a Information Security EnvironmentHands on Agile experience/knowledge of key agile frameworks including SAFe, Kanban, Lean, and Scrum.Proficient with Jira/Confluence/Mural, able to develop reporting solutionsExcellent communication skills including listening, verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills; experience summarizing technical efforts while explaining the business capability impactExperience with facilitating the discussions of complex, high value IT delivery projects that require the coordination of development or technology work on multiple platforms to achieve the desired functionalityDemonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and influence across peer group and Senior leadership.Strong analytical/quantitative and problem-solving skills.Experience in process development, value stream mapping and continuous improvementExperience working as a shared service and engaging with multiple organizations/teams undergoing transformationCertifications: (Nice to have)CSM or PMI ACP CertificationsWorking understanding of AWS/AWS Practitioner CertificationSAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Program Consultant SPC CertificationAdditional InformationThe future is what you make it to be.
