Responsibilities include helping to educate the team in Scrum and/or Kanban, and Scaled Framework, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. Help identify and remove impediments across the train and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the portfolio roadmap; executive roll up for reporting purposes and a key resource participating in the planning and prioritization of work. A partner and advisor to the release train engineering and BISO teams.Provide thought leadership, plan, manage roadmap activities, lead future work discussions. Identify areas of improvements and strategies to implement changes.
