The objective of the Team Member is to maintain a very high standard in all areas of kitchen, front counter and drive- thru operations, as well as, food safety to ensure every guest receives a consistent food experience with regards to food quality, presentation and speed of service. All CFA Hagerstown Team Members are expected to work along with their team and the entire restaurant with a collaborative spirit to strive for excellent performance in all areas.Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Effectively demonstrate front counter duties included but not limited to: inside ordering (POS), mobile ordering, stocking, beverages & desserts, bulk beverages, FC bagging, delivering meals and servicing the dining room to ensure interior/exterior cleanliness, stocking condiments, table touch-ins, playground, restrooms, chemicals, and equipment.Effectively demonstrates kitchen and any of the back-of-house areas included but not limited to: food prep, assembly and cooking including produce, raw, cold & hot breakfast/lunch/dinner products, desserts and beverages. Cleaning & maintenance, unloading product deliveries and inventory, storage and waste disposal areas, as well as boxed meals, catering orders and deliveries.Maintain a food safe environment by cleaning/sanitizing food contact surfaces before and after preparing food and at least every 4 hours for ongoing tasks.Maintain a clean and inviting kitchen, front counter and dining room environment which also includes walls, floors, floorboards, ceiling, hood vents, equipment, and restrooms.Uphold organizational standards to increase proficiencyActively pursue team goals in the Customer Experience Monitor (CEM)Competencies Required for the Team Member Job Role: 1.
