To meet this demand, RBR Technologies, Inc. is hiring Process Engineers to satisfy a host of delivery opportunities throughout the Enterprise. If you see yourself enabling the Mission by engaging with the Mission, then please submit your resume for immediate consideration.In summary, Process Engineer scope includes, but is not limited to the below:Collaborate across systems and software engineer team members to determine organizational readiness for assessment, as well as in conducting process assessments.Lead teams in conducting formal and informal process assessments; perform analysis of findings and develop and provide process recommendations.Establish meaningful process improvement plans; assess improvement plan acceptance, implementation, and progress.Evaluate system and software engineering processes to identify and address challenges with process workflows, organizational structure, and/or process alignment and planning.Define process improvement strategies.Consume and capture lessons learned from process improvement initiatives; develop and conduct training to address process implementation gaps.Lead process improvement efforts leveraging CMM/CMMI or similar process models.Education, Experience, & SkillsMust possess active TS/SCI level of clearance with polygraphCandidate must possess ten (10) years of experience managing and implementing process improvement efforts on Programs and Contracts of similar scope. Candidate must possess five (5) years' experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation; to include process engineering across acquisition identifying best practices, change and business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, and/or information system development methods and practices.Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or business. Education from an accredited college or university is required. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Job scope and responsibilities are aligned to office-oriented work.
