ClientSolv Technologies is a woman-owned and operated company that is certified as a WMBE, 8a firm by the Federal government's Small Business Administration.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an IT Mobile Device and Application Help Desk Technician for an 8 month contract role (with option to extend. These roles can be remote; however, they are requesting for you to be located within the State of Colorado for equipment pick up (or if the pandemic restrictions are lifted). In this role, you will be providing mobile device and applications support for a new mobile application being built.Responsibilities IncludeProvides mobile application (iOS and Android) support to users across the State. Responds and provides assistance for support requests via phone and emails. They identify, research, and resolve technical problems associated with the mobile app.Document, track and monitor customer support requests to ensure a timely resolution.Utilize personal experience, documentation and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. QualificationsExperience with iOS and Android operating systems, functionality and ability to troubleshoot, reproduce and report on problems. Use of tools and diverse mobile devices makes and modelsknowledge of iTunes as well as Apple and Google Play Store. Knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, firewall limitations, and experience troubleshooting or communicating errors related to this functionality.Excellent communication skillsCustomer service skills to field and support both the public and interagency relationships. Including supporting and making recommendations for ADA and UI/UX user interfaces. Bilingual English Spanish a plus, but not required.Jira Ticketing system experienceAmazon Web Service - Chat and Connect experienceAbility to work Non-Traditional Hours if necessaryAdditional InformationThis role can be remote; however, they are requesting for you to be located within the State of Colorado in the even they need to meet and for equipment pick up.
