Position Description:TSA, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to serve as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for the support of tasking that involves the analysis of the posture of systems in support of system certification and accreditation. Responsibilities include:Work with Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) and Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to develop technical solutions to problems, implement enhancements and upgrade system architecturesApply Categorization, Security Control selection along with required artifacts utilizing eMASS for ATO packagesDefine system security requirements, assess system security architecture designs, and support the development and sustainment of a Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation package throughout all lifecycle phasesUpdate and assess software and processes compliance of system ATO packagesCommunicate security and operations issues to Cyber programTrack and monitor Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)Perform security testing required as part of the RMF A&A process to include, but not limited to perform DISA STIGs and run SCAP and ACAS scans.Experience Required:5+ years of experienceSecurity+ CE (Preferred) in good standing or advanced Cyber Cert (ex: CISSP or CISM)Experience with DoD RMFA&A package developmentTravel - 1-10%Desired Experience:Experience with NAVAIR RMF ProcessKnowledge of DISA STIG processCISSP or CISMExperience with eMASS, VRAM, DISA STIGs/SCAP, Nessus, DITPR/DADMSDemonstrated experience implementing project management principles and managing, tracking, and coordinating a wide range of actions, documents, and tasks through completionProficient in Microsoft (MS) Office applications (eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)Good oral and written communications skills. Good interpersonal communications skillsEducation:Bachelor's DegreeSecurity Clearance:An active SECRET clearance is required.
