Crossing Arc is looking for motivated individuals to provide support to conference equipment and Audio-Visual (AV) Systems with tasks such as scheduling and setup of all AV equipment for their customer organization. You will also provide onsite end-user support, working with teammates to understand and resolve the problem a user is experiencing by leading them through established workflows.What you'll be doing:60% Support AV Systems including: setup conference and AV equipment for end-users, provide support before and during meetings, receive, install and report trouble with equipment, contact vendors, and escalate issues through your hierarchy.30% Interact with end-users via telephone, e-mail, etc. to identify and initiate resolutions for computer hardware, software, and AV system issues. Communication with end-user is a primary responsibility. Follow workflows to escalate unresolved requests to appropriate staff.10% Proactively identify improvements for supporting AV systems and provide excellent service to end usersJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):Bachelor's degree in computer science or related certified computer classes.Firm understanding of interconnection and operation of AV devices.Basic knowledge of Creston or similar products, wireless microphones, video distribution systems, LCD, LED, and projectors.Experience with Ticketing systems, process, and procedures, etc. and Microsoft administration: Office 365, Teams.Knowledge of personal computer hardware and software, LAN/WAN environments, VOIP telephonyProficient with mobile devices: IOS and Android.Customer service experience and excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills.Willingness to occasionally work afterhours for events.Work Location: One location
