Antonin Scalia Law School is a Top 50 law school. A relatively young law school, Scalia Law offers students an opportunity to pursue a JD, JM, or an LLM. About the Position:The Graduate Programs Coordinator is involved in every aspect of student recruitment and admissions. The Graduate Programs Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Director of Graduate Admissions and the Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives. General responsibilities include implementation of the admissions process, record keeping and document organization, and assistance with student recruitment. Responsibilities:Manage office mailings and assist with incoming mail;Process leads and student applications;Process office financial and purchasing documents;File and maintain admissions records;Provide administrative support for Admissions Office;Communicate with prospective and admitted students;Data management and financial tracking;Assist students with the I-20 visa process;Schedule and coordinate campus visits; andMaintain marketing materials, office supplies, and office equipment.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and some (typically 2 years) experience relevant to position;Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills;Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and especially Microsoft Excel; andDemonstrated organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in higher education, preferably master's programs and/or law schools;Experience with international students;Customer service experience; andExperience with Banner and/or ACES2.
