Technical Architect (Remote - Northeast)We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect for our client a Commonwealth of PA entity. This position will be involved in planning, analyzing, and defining high-level software strategies and solutions. This person should be able to define technical requirements, lead the creation of new processes, technical standards, and policy creation for the long-range plans for meeting IT and customer requirements. This contract position is 6 months (extensions likely) 37.5 hour per week role. Remote position that may require an occasional onsite visit at our clients' offices in Harrisburg, PA. Candidates must reside within a two-hour commute of Harrisburg, PA.This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee. Health benefits and 401K offered.Responsibilities:Participates/assists in new solution intake requests to help determine scope and technical direction of IT requests Influencing and leading organizational change that positively impacts the Scrum Team via technical recommendations.Design of applications and tech solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies such as C#, SQL, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET CORE, WEB API, LINQ, Blazor, Angular, Oracle, SQL server and Entity Framework.Provides inputs to test planning and participates in design code and test reviews as appropriate.Guiding the team and organization to follow Scrum and other agile practices as well as facilitating scrum events as needed.Design a SQL database, tables, views. Write database functions and stored procedures.Interprets and understands user requirements/design specifications. While coordinating the design and development of work estimates working in an Agile team environment.Requirements:10+ years experience in development of Information Technology solutions.8+ Years experience with C#.Net.5+ years experience in UI Design (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery), ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net Web API, Visual Studio 2017 or newer, Entity Framework and LINQ.
