The Manager of Employment Branding leads a team responsible for planning and executing effective employment branding and talent marketing campaigns designed to establish HFT as a well-known great place to work, attract top talent and re-recruit existing Associates.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeads and develops a high-performance team of detail-oriented content creators and recruitment marketers to design and execute compelling employment branding campaigns.Leads team to market career opportunities through earned, owned and paid media.Partners with Talent Acquisition to create and execute branding campaigns using the most effective platforms and formats to attract top talent, drive application volume and fill open roles.Establishes and tracks team performance to Service Level Agreements with TA partners.Partners with employment branding vendors to collect insights and track campaign performance and spend to budget.Education (Required)Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or BusinessSkills (Required)Organizational Agility - Understands the purpose and stakeholders of practices, policies, and procedures.Strategic Thinking - Innovates through analysis of issues and trends, anticipates opportunities.Dealing with Ambiguity - Ability to translate ambiguous or complex processes into effective, succinct and clear communications that drive results for the organization.Organizing - Can marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done, and can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal.Planning - Excellent time management and planning skills, organized with the ability to set objectives and goals, multitask, follow-up, and meet deadlines consistently.Drive for Results - Ability to lead, execute, and carry out strategic and operational plans and meet deadlines by managing and measuring work.Written/Verbal Communications - Ability to create clear and compelling communications to influence outcomes and tell the HFT story internally and externally.Skills (Preferred / Desired)Ability to create impactful and branded content for web and social mediaDemonstrated ability to build, manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaignsProficient using standard Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong project management and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong presentation skillsExperience with recruiting preferredExperience (Required)6 years of professional experience inclusive of experience leading people, employment brand marketing, and digital marketing
