The IT Business Analyst plays a critical role supporting large-scale, cross functional initiatives withinthe commercial product management organization.Responsibilities:Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues.Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.Responsible for documenting of user stories and translating to functional requirements for a given product offering.Works closely with product owner, product development manager and cross-functional teams on development and implementation of those requirements and operational processes for assigned projects.Serves as the main point of contact for requirements gathering process for those projects from initiation through final implementation.Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.Monitors and drives requirements gathering and development process for a given project by implementing best practices.2 - 5 years of BA experience.If you are looking to join a strong, growing organization and this role sounds like a fit for you, please contact me ASAP at 469.283.2620 or dheffernan@diversant.com
