Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Executive Assistant who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an Executive Assistant you will:
•Provides administrative business support for Associate Vice President and Director of Laboratory Services. Assist with calendar appointments; associate communications; expense reporting, special projects and other duties as assigned.
•Participates in management operational meetings, meets deadlines and organizes and maintains the office filing system.
•Performs billing, invoicing and A/R of select clients and legal requests; processes reference lab and vendor invoices for corporate payment.
• Performs monthly client billing audit and invoicing. Assist with and back up the end of month financial closeout.
•Maintains business contracts.
•Manages the control order process; from receiving new control orders to invoicing for completed orders.
•Contract manager for new and existing accounts and insurance contracts; to include set up, contract renewal, insurance participation revalidation, administrative support, communications, monthly reports and special requests.
•Responsible for quarterly CQI document control, data compilation, meeting appointments and minutes.
•Maintains company licensing requirements and renewals. Manages Pathologists proficiency testing and ensuring updated licenses on file.
•Facilitates Biennial Client Satisfaction Survey as required by CAP.
•Follows the RISES values by demonstrating professionalism and compassion during communications with physicians, patients, technologists, clients and other departments.
•Demonstrates proficiency creating Standard Operating Procedures and effective instructional capabilities and training for staff.
•Demonstrate proficient use of LIS system and computer software programs with high level of precision.

Qualified candidates will possess:
•High School Diploma or GED required
•Associates degree preferred
•Minimum of 2 years' work experience in an office setting required
•Proficient in PC skills such as the Windows work environment, the internet and using e-mail programs such as Microsoft Outlook
•Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, including and especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent attention to detail
•Proficient with standard office equipment (i.e. fax, copier, computer)
•Ability to establish positive working relationships internally and externally
•Strong organizational skills
-Strong customer service skills especially when speaking on the telephone
