Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Scrum Master, Analyst to be part of an Agile team in support of a Federal Government client.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project and all sub‐projects to ensure all migration activities are planned, agreed upon by stakeholders, coordinated among applications, committed by sponsors and participants, and executed according to the plan
- Adhere to project management best practices as agreed upon by the government agency and all PM templates, dashboards and documentation as required by the customer
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related (technical environment) experience to include 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience leading IT projects that support internationally‐based employees and customers
- Experience managing government time and material types of IT projects
- Must have experience participating and leading Agile development practices (Exposure to Agile development practices; e.g. SCRUM, XP, etc.)
- Very good analytical skills to assess project risks and issues, but also outcomes and impacts
- Very good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead client meetings, and handle conflict and negotiations
- Full life cycle experience in leading the migration of data or application systems
- Experience in creating project reporting and detailed project schedules using tools such as MS Project
- Experience in effectively communicating project statuses, issues etc.; to program managers, contracting officers, senior executives, both verbally and in writing
- Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination
