Project Managers plan, organize, direct and coordinate all activities concerning the project so that the work is performed safely and is completed on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager participates in regional planning, personnel development and product improvement. Project Managers should understand the needs of all stakeholders in the project, mobilize resources and bring people together to accomplish objectives and solve problems, develop new ideas for improving our processes and cultivate relationships with customers in order to develop future business opportunities.Job ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of construction projects and be accountable for project schedule and financial performanceEnsure construction logs, test reports and other documentation are collected and maintainedInspect projects to monitor compliance with the plans and OSHA and Schnabel safety requirementsMaintain invoicing and timely collectionsCooperate and coordinate with design team for revisions as required through project completionAccurately provide revenue and profit projections each month and report quantities each weekDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliersIdentify and implement improvements to processes, procedures, products, or equipmentQualificationsB.S.
