Senior Cybersecurity Policy Developer AnalystWashington, DCAn Active Public Trust or Secret Clearance (required)The LDM Group, a WOSB headquartered in Fort Washington Maryland provides Management Consulting services to Federal, State and Local agencies. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a solid track record to lead the Cybersecurity Policy Development. Responsibilities to include: Leading the Federal customer's Cybersecurity Strategy and Policy initiatives. This is a highly visible position and requires a professional who can:* Coordinate Cybersecurity Policy Working Groups to engage customer Stakeholders of creating strategic policies* Examine and develop cybersecurity policy improvement plans and provide ongoing cyber policy analysis across Departments to improve Department Cybersecurity Maturity* Lead customer cyber strategy and priority plans to improve policy framework across the Department* Charter and manage policy improvement efforts to transition from ad-hoc process and proceduresMust possess the following minimum Education/Qualifications/Experience:* Bachelor's degree in IT or Cybersecurity field* Shall hold in good standings Professional certifications: 2 of the following: CISSP, CISM, CDSPE,CISA, or CIPP/US* Seven (7) years of experience developing enterprise-wide cybersecurity policy to determine the overall effectiveness of the standards and guidelines following NIST Special Publications and Federal Guidelines (OMB, DHS, FISMA, etc.)* Possess familiarity and experience with assessing system boundary resources residing with commercial cloud environments* Possess familiarity with a variety of the IT technologies, architecture, concepts, best practices, and procedures* Possess ability to perform cybersecurity policy analysis and propose innovative solutions* Background in strategic cybersecurity policy development and facilitating collaboration between key customer stakeholders through working sessions (Cybersecurity working group, utilizing of guidelines and best practices, etc.)* Experience using MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and MS Project (or similar)
