The successful candidate will have the right combination of technical and problem-solving aptitude and off-the-charts interpersonal skills to apply to leading multi-stakeholder teams for success.Project Manager Daily LifeCreates cost estimates for Process Equipment, Instrumentation & Control and Electrical portions of collaborative delivery and hard bid projectsCreates and manages CPM schedules utilizing P6 for assigned projectsLeads purchasing efforts for assigned projectsWorks collaboratively with internal team, designers and project Owners Performs iterative design and value engineering reviews; prepares and prices VE conceptsManages and maintains positive relationships with Clients, Subcontractors, and VendorsTrains and develops assigned staff including Preconstruction Engineers, Estimators, Co-op/InternsProject Manager Must HavesBS in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or Construction Engineering.A minimum of 5 year experience in Water Infrastructure Construction.Experience leading collaborative delivery projects (CMAR & Design-Build)Experience working successfully on teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Project Manager Nice to Haves Professional Engineer (PE) License Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) CertificationUlliman Schutte is an industry leader because of our people.
