Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the WorldDocument Management Analyst IIPAE has openings for Document Management Analyst IIs to support the US Attorney's Office in Washington, DC.Performs database searches, exports reports, and other data retrieval assignments using established network databases including Westlaw, Lexis, Relativity, and CaseViewPerforms moderately complex litigation support tasks, including discovery productions, detailed review and analysis of case materials in a broad range of subject matters, such as litigation filesSupports investigative and trial teams by preparing subpoenas, uploading/organizing subpoena returns, preparing discovery and assisting in discovery productions, and creating trial exhibitsDrafts documents for accomplishing litigation support assignmentsProofreads and edits deliverable products, and enters data into case management systemsPrepares documents for scanning, performs other document collection related activities, including OCRing documents, redacting and labeling of filesPrepares and submits legal pleadings, forms, reports, correspondence, and other documents within established deadlinesCompletes detailed indexing of case files, creates witness binders, and prepares deposition and trial exhibitsCreating logs for subpoena returns and discovery purposesDrafts legal documents for attorneys' review, including but not limited to motions and responses to defense pleadingsReviews and edits drafts of substantive legal documents drafted by attorneys, and other support staff membersMinimum QualificationsMust be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.Three years of experience on major litigation support projects OR undergraduate degree.Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Oracle, Relativity or other document review platform, Trial Director, etc.Prior document review experience using automated document review systems is desired.Prior experience with criminal litigation support is desired.Certain assignments may require experience or substantial undergraduate coursework in, for example, finance/accounting, health care, or substantial experience in the legal environment or in information technology.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.Should be a knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.Prior experience with drafting simple legal documents and compiling records for trial preparation valued.Knowledge of and experience with conducting searches within research database extremely helpful.Familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources preferred.#LI-PRIORITYPAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
