They are looking for a dynamic experienced Payroll Processor that will play an important role to the key success of the team!Job ResponsibilitiesPayroll processing of multi-state bi-weekly payroll for 5500+ employees in ADP VantageProcess payroll transactions for new hires, terminations, employee changes, timesheets and wage garnishments and ensure compliance with tax jurisdictions and policy.Display knowledge of appropriate tax laws, payroll deductions, tax rates and maximum allowances for 401k, HSA, and FICA.Process stop-payments, direct deposit reversals, and voids as neededRespond to employee and internal teams when there are payroll inquiries including and not limited to LOAs, 401K issues, garnishments, employee verifications, pay details, vacation accruals, ESPP and tax withholdings in a timely mannerPerform ad hoc duties and projects as assignedPerform payroll analysis and reconciliations as requiredPerform research when necessary to ensure compliance with changes in regulationsRequirements3-8 years of multi-state payroll processing experienceMust have experience with bi-weekly high volume payroll processing for employeesWorking knowledge of federal and state wage and tax laws, FLSA and overtime requirements etcProficient in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independently and as part of a team; able to work well across multiple departments (Accounting, People & Culture, Tax, Finance and Stock Administration).Meets deadlines, prioritizes assignments, and multitasks in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented and able to complete tasks with limited supervision.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong working knowledge of accounting practices, procedures, systems and Bonus if you have below:Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or accountingFPC or CPPExperience with Oracle Time, Workday, ADP Vantage and Streamline applications preferredPlease send your resume.
