Job Summary: Sales Operations Specialist provides support to sales in regard to materials, analytics and reporting. This role is a liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure the teams have the appropriate processes and tools to effectively communicate with clients throughout the entire sales cycle from lead generation, campaign management, content creation, case study development, and new client onboarding. Manages and optimizes the CRM system to meet the functional needs of the business and provide support to effectively operate the business. Primary Responsibilities:Working across multiple functional groups, accountable for:Support market, segmentation, and account coverage by working with EVP to build territories and assignments, review and adjust as needed. Support CRM adoption - ensuring all enterprise teams adhere to HubSpot adoptionDevelop and manage the forecast process and reports between Enterprise Accounts and Finance Provide data analysis support ensuring we capture and review pipeline and revenue so we can review it, by client size, industry, products mix sold, by rep, by lead source etc. Support the EVP with all meeting cadences, schedules, meeting preparation, reporting tools, and additional items as needed. Support and deployment of appropriate training, content, sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales team.Partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to refine and manage processes and reporting.Build and manage CRM functionality, reporting, and dashboarding to provide the business with the visibility needed to drive performance for all sales activities. Support end-to-end process of tracking all sales funnel metrics and delivery of valuable insights to the business.Define, communicate, and implement techniques to help improve sales support and sales managementAssist with sales team and client onboarding.Support the EVP and Marketing leader with administrative activities relative to best practices and execution of RFP and Proposal development.Create internal and external content and materials for sales and executive team presentations.Manage various sales operations and projects and coordinate associated activities.Support the maintenance and reporting of contract records.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in sales operations or administrative support with proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards.Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience a plus.Experience with MS Dynamics CRM, HubSpot preferred.Knowledge of and experience within the Training and Development industry is a plus.Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PPT skills with a strong understanding of CRM technology.Strong background with KPIs, analytics, and interpreting data to help make business decisions.Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to effectively work within a fast-paced environment.Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work across all levels and functions.
