This position is a remote position focused on the Canadian region, prior experience in the Canadian market is required. Fluency in French is highly desired but not a requirement.BASIC FUNCTIONResponsible for establishing and maintaining productive, professional relationships with assigned customers and accounts resulting in additional product sales, continued customer satisfaction and growth of new product lines to achieve monthly/annual sales targets and goals. Core duties include, but are not limited to, managing all stages of the sales cycle, partnering closely with existing customers, channel partners and the outside sales teams to achieve goals. Accurate record keeping and maintenance of accounts in CRM are essential to this role.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Outbound calls to targeted list of existing customers to achieve daily quota of conversationsMonthly, quarterly, yearly metrics based sales goalsStrengthen relationships with existing customers and find the right solutions to meet needs resulting in increased salesAssistance in facilitating smooth transitions of accounts between Outside Sales Representative and Inside Sales RepresentativeCreation of opportunities and quotes and follow up through sales cycles, ensuring customer want date and close date are accurately maintainedNegotiate and close business via the phone or online meetingsAssistance in gathering required items to ensure speedy processing of ordersAssistance in customer strategy and action planning for assigned territoryOwnership of all renewals and reoccurring revenue for assigned territoryReview of unquoted purchase orders for accuracy and opportunity to upsell/ cross sellKeep accurate records of all customer interactions in SalesforceTake incoming calls from Sales Phone QueueTake incoming calls from prospecting teamRespond to calls regarding client account issues and assist with ensuring issues are resolved to maintain good customer relationships and promote salesAssist Sales Operations Manager as necessaryCommunicate with internal departments such as prospecting team, Regional Sales Managers, Technical Support, Production, and Accounting to obtain/deliver necessary and required information as needed.Back-up for other ISRs when they are out of the officeOther tasks and/or special projects as assigned.SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Outstanding telephone and sales calling skills; strong influencing and negotiation skillsComfortable with telephone sales techniques and etiquette to a professional B2B market dealing with various management levelsSelf-starter with high energy and motivation, excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, be resourceful and work independentlyIntegrity, team mentality, positive attitude and commitment to the company are essentialExcellent attention to detailsGood oral and written communication skillsDemonstrate results by effectively setting goals to achieve an objectivePlan, organize, and communicate, while bringing resources together to assure achievement of goalsPrior healthcare sales experiences a plusPrior pipeline management a plusEDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 2 years prior Sales ExperienceEducation is considered to include High School Diploma/GED.
