Plamondon Hospitality Partners is looking for Hotel Housekeepers for their Springhill Suites by Marriott in Hagerstown, MD for the morning, mid, or night shifts. The position can be full-time or part-time. The Housekeeper is responsible in ensuring guest rooms, public space, associate areas are clean and well maintained by performing the daily housekeeping shift operations.RESPONSIBILITIES:A' . Ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guest needsA' . Ability to clean assigned rooms per day following the housekeeping guidelines.A' . Dust all furniture including headboards, dressers, nightstands, televisions, desks, desk chairs, light fixtures, and baseboards.A' . Change bed linens, blankets, mattress pads, and shower curtains as needed.A' . Clean bathrooms including the sink, counters, toilet, shower/tub, bathroom floor.A' . Replenish guest supplies in the room, replace linen in the bathrooms, and vacuum the entire room.A' . Empty trash and cleans wastebaskets.A' . Check fixtures, televisions, radio, heating/cooling equipment for proper operation, and set them on proper settings.A' . Clean, organize, and restock cart at the end of the day (terry, cups, toilet paper, rags, fill spray bottles).A' . Maintain cart, linen room, and vacuum cleaner, clean.A' . Ability to perform housekeeping duties for Extended Stay Hotels.A' . Ability to cross-train and perform the other shift operations as needed.REQUIREMENTS: A' . Ability to perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.A' . Complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks.A' . A team player, willing to take a proactive approach to the day-to-day duties with the team.A' . Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent telephone etiquette skills.A' .
