We are now interviewing to find an upbeat individual who is capable of working in a small office. You must be self-motivated, well organized and able to work productively unsupervised. You must have above average computer skills, phone skills and ability to learn new tasks in a quick manner. Our fast paced office environment requires you to be able to multi-task and think on the go. Skills that will help you obtain this position are: being a team player, Computer skills, organizational skills, task oriented, excel in verbal and non-verbal communications. Bi-lingual spanish helpful. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in an office setting. Daily duties include, but are not limited to: Answering incoming calls on multiple lines. Scheduling of jobs for field staff Contacting clients on a daily baisis on overdue accounts. Processing of invoices daily Processing of payments from clients. Daily entry of receipts Creating and sending out purchase orders Assisting the other office staff as necessary. Filing of receipts and other various paper work. About us: We have been in business since 1991. We provide all aspects of landscape maintenance to private residences, home owner associations and commercial locations. We provide bulk material installation with our fleet of blower trucks. Hours of operation are from 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. This is a year round position, 40 hours a week.
