This role would also offer the opportunity to learn UHC's Finance technology team development life cycle processes.You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the US as you take on some tough challenges. Responsibilities include: Project intake and triage process including: Conducting review meetings of incoming work for size, impact, and priority Manage assignment of new programs to various teams Maintain and Improve intake process Maintain and improve system integrations between Aha and Rally workforce management tools Provide status updates to sr. leadership as required by program directives & PMCs Support the management of team backlogs and facilitate PI planning with the RTE and other members of the PMC Manage the pipeline of technology deliverables and coordinate with the RTE and other members of the PMC Monitor, analyze, and report capital budget and forecast variancesYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in Agile Project Management 2+ years of experience working with financial systems Advance level proficient with PC based software programs such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in creating, defining, and documenting business processes Ability to understand complex financial and IT concepts Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC)Preferred Qualifications: Previous Healthcare Industry experience Previous experience with Aha! or RALLY tools Experience with Accounting/Accounting Systems Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to automate processes Track record of delivering high quality results Demonstrates critical thinking and intellectual curiosity with the ability resolve issues/questions Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and an ability to communicate with senior management Demonstrated ability to internalize, interpret and document complex scenarios clearly and concisely Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organizationTo protect the health and safety of our workforce, patients and communities we serve, UnitedHealth Group and its affiliate companies now require all employees to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status prior to beginning employment. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $87,900 to $156,900.
