We are beyond excited to build a powerful team that will support Orum in its next stage of growth!The Sales Development Team's mission is to serve as the "tip of the spear" at Orum, and be the voice of Orum in the market through compelling thought leadership, messaging, and "leave them better" activities.The Sales Development Manager will:Scale and manage a high-performing team of 9-10 SDRs who consistently overachieve on aggressive goals and will become future AEs, CSM's, and managers at OrumOwn and drive execution of Orum's new business pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top-of-the-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influenced across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.Shape deep partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to successfully collaborate on new marketing campaigns and field events, meet stretch pipeline goals, optimize your business for efficiency, accelerate ramp time to productivity, and ensure your team has a crisp understanding of Orum's domain knowledge.Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class SDR talentBuild and coach high-performing SDRs to be the next high-performing Corporate Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and even RevOps leaders at Orum.Leads through inspiration, service leadership, Orum's values with a "Bottoms Up" and "Results-Driven' approachRequirementsHave 2+ years of leadership experience with a track record of excellence leading high performing, pipeline generation, and closing organizations in a fast-growing high technology companyAre excited by attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining world-class talent early in their Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, and Management careersFeel a deep sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for your workAre strategic enough to build a team, but tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basisHave a reputation with cross-functional teams as being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliableHave an obsession with being data-driven, highly analytical, lead through influence, are a structured thinkerThink big by working to achieve a deep understanding of predictable revenue models, mastery of sales development, and value selling practices as well as leadership philosophy and development Obsessed with the Sales Development space and envision a lifelong commitment to the craft.Experience with systems like Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc - is a plus!
