The Systems Administrator is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting advanced server, networking, and cloud services issues. Primarily responsible for emergency issues affecting multiple users and/or multiple locations. Systems Administrators also work on proactive tasks; managing alerts and reports for Backups, Antivirus, Patching, password rotation management software, and other technologies.
