This role requires impeccable candidate experience responsibilities in addition to knowledge of recruitment methods and technologies. This is a remote full life cycle role and you will be expected to work closely with both candidates and CB Insights management.Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are highly encourages to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute customized full cycle recruiting for technical roles at CB InsightsBuild relationships with hiring managers and our CTO to identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positionsCommunicate with hiring managers/CTO throughout the recruiting life cycle to provide information on candidate pipelineReview pipeline of potential candidates in our ATS (Greenhouse), match applicants with job requirements based on candidate work history, skills, education, training and other qualificationsProactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open rolesInterview applicants to evaluate work history, education, training and job skillsCommunicate job duties and responsibilities, compensation, work schedules, work environment and other organizational information to candidatesExtend offer of employment and complete any hiring paperwork as neededDevelop and execute creative recruitment strategy by sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels (blogs, job boards, business networks, etc.)Regularly manage and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholdersKeep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; assist in developing consistent recruiting strategies at CB InsightsRequired Experience And QualificationsBachelor's degreeAt least 3+ years in technical recruitingExpertise in various sourcing tools/channels with strong research and candidate generation skillsAbility to multitask multiple job searches to generate a high-quality pipeline of candidatesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong follow-up and organizational skillsProactive with a get sh*t done attitudeTeam player and desire to work in a fast-paced work environmentProficient in an ATS (Greenhouse preferred), MS Office, and Google AppsWhat's CB Insights All AboutThe CB Insights platform is the smartest way to explore and exploit emerging technologies.
