Description/Job SummaryAre you looking for a new job in the new year! ASHP is hiring for a Finance Manager! Ideal candidates will have experience with budgeting/forecasting software (eg Adaptive Insights/Prophix or related), experience developing $25 million+ budgets, and experience with accounting software such as Great Plains, Intaact, or similar.What You'll Be Doing at ASHP:Works closely with SVP and CFO, Controller, and senior leadership team to develop annual budgets.Functions as the primary budgeting and forecasting software administrator, which includes but is not limited to, updating, maintaining, and configuring accounting and financial aspects of budgeting, reporting and forecasting software.Responsible for creating and maintaining budget and forecast models in budgeting and forecasting software.Conducts various staff trainings and answers budgeting and forecasting software questions.Updates and maintains revenue model and dashboard reports.Prepares ad hoc financial analysis as needed.Reviews and analyzes monthly financial statements and reports on budget variances.Prepares reports, charts, and presentations for Committee on Financial Review, Committee on Finance and Audit, and Board of Directors.Assists with the preparation of the monthly financial statements.Assists with preparing schedules and reports for the year-end audit.What You Bring To ASHP:Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.Minimum of five years' experience in accounting environment with exceptional financial analysis, budgeting, and cost accounting background.Experience with budgeting/forecasting software such as Prophix, or Adaptive.Power BI or other dashboard software experience preferred.Experience developing $25+ million budgets.Previous experience with non-profit organizations preferred but not required.Intermediate technical accounting skills.Proficient Analytical Thinking skillsProven ability to make sound judgements.Excellent Communication and customer service skills.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.Experience using cost accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles.Experience with CRM software such as Personify and Salesforce, a plus.Experience with accounting software such as Great Plains and Intaact, a plus.Comfortable making presentations.
