Linkitall (LIA), LLC is seeking a VTC/IPTV/AV Lead Engineer to provide video teleconferencing (VTC), Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), and audiovisual (AV) installation and maintenance support for multiple Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) locations to include but not limited to Fort Eustis, Virginia, the Pentagon (Washington, DC), and off-base meeting locations.Our role is to provide operation and VTC/IPTV/AV maintenance, installation, network security, and integration support to include products, equipment, parts, materials, labor and training needed to successfully maintain systems and equipment, replace defective components, recommend system upgrades, maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) and provide training for new equipment at designated TRADOC locations in Fort Eustis, Virginia and at the Pentagon in Washington, DC.Major Responsibilities (not all-inclusive)Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the VTC/IPTV/AV Lead Engineer will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on all audio and video conferencing matters and reports on emerging technology to manage every detail of conference room integrations.At a minimum, the VTC/IPTV/AV Lead Engineer will be experienced with the Cisco Codian suite of telepresence equipment and Haivision, Maikito, and ClearOne streaming video and audio systems.The VTC/IPTV/AV Lead Engineer shall be available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.Tasks include but are not limited to:Responsible for installing, pulling, terminating, and testing all audiovisual (AV) type cables, connectors, and interfaces.Installation of projection screens, plasma TV, and different types of speakers. Installation of AV systems on client sites.Read blueprints and wire AV racks.Manage AV projects with various models and makes of equipment.Know and understand all wire and connector types on all AV-related cables.
