At QIAGEN, you make a difference every day.Position DescriptionQIAGEN Digital Insights (QDI) is seeking a dynamic and team orientated Global Campaign Manager who wants to make a difference. With expertise to manage and deploy discovery and clinical global marketing campaigns for QIAGEN's software, knowledge base, and services. The successful candidate will be passionate about shaping/driving comprehensive marketing campaigns and can grow with our team. He/she will align with Marketing Manager colleagues on marketing strategy and plans as well as lead the delivery and reporting of marketing campaign activities, both global and regional. This individual will also be proactive in driving new marketing engagement platforms. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations, QIAGEN Digital Insights.We are open to candidates within the Redwood City, CA area as well.Why QIAGEN?Our Mission is "Making Improvements in Life Possible". If you are passionate about making a difference, working with thought leaders, and dedicated scientific experts driving genomic research and precision medicine, this is the place for you.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Yearly planning and execution of marketing campaigns for QIAGEN Digital Insights (QDI).Coordination and management of online and event driven campaign activities to drive top-of-the-funnel and through-the-funnel lead generation.Work with 3rd party advertising vendors and internal teams to coordinate and deploy bioinformatics marketing activities.Maintain, schedule, and promote marketing content through a combination of digital channels including website/microsites, online webinars, email, account-based marketing, social media, blog posts and video.Support Marketing Managers with product launch activities.Implementation of Google AdWords, Account Based Marketing, Re-Targeting and Eloqua Marketing automation programs to drive data driven and customer centric marketing engagements.Facilitate campaign strategy & tactics for trade shows/events.Continuous optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns for Genomics and Clinical Bioinformatics market with the QIAGEN Marketing Agency.Tracking and reporting of campaign activities and results.Consulting/providing logistical expertise to the QDI regional marketing team on strategies and marketing channel mix during annual planning, and on a regular, ongoing basis throughout the year.Supporting cross-functional global marketing projects working with Life Sciences or Molecular Diagnostics teams when applicableSupport training & coordination with marketing & sales for lead processing & follow-up.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)The successful candidate will be jointly responsible with marketing managers for the following KPIs:- # of leads- Conversion ratio of leads to opportunity- Leads to $ conversions- On target marketing budgetsPosition RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a biotech, pharma or diagnostics company preferredPreferred, Life science bachelor's degree with experience in softwareMinimum 2 years' experience in campaign management or similar marketing experienceExpertise in marketing, advertising, marketing communications OR product management normally acquired through a minimum of 2 years' work experience in marketingExpertise in strong mix of lead generation platforms including digital advertising, e-newsletters, media relations, collateral, SEO, E-commerce, webinars, trade shows, website / web-store contentDigital marketing experience requiredMarketing automation experience preferred. Eloqua platformExpertise in Customer Journey Campaigns in Life Sciences desirablePersonal RequirementsHighly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong ability to lead by influenceExcellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with local and internationally based project team membersQIAGEN requires proof of full COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment for new hires in all US states other than Montana effective as of September 1, 2021.
