We work with global brands to create gamified, immersive experiences that blur the boundaries between the digital and physical world and deliver extraordinary audience engagement.In short, we make fun!Job Description:As Global Director of Operations, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for the organization and oversight of the daily operations of all the locations within the company. You will ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive, by managing procedures and administrative functions.The goal of this position is to maximize the efficiency of the company's operations, in order to facilitate the company's growth, development and long-term success. You will have a unique opportunity to positively influence the entire organization and drive initiatives that directly impact the company's bottom line. In doing so, it is expected you will bring a proactive, supportive attitude to your interactions with the team, be able to communicate clearly and effectively and bring innovative ideas to the table.Responsibilities:Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and organization's functionActively pursue strategic and operational objectives on time and within a defined budgetLiaise with CEO to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goalsMaintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organizationOversight of administrative and security processes at all bully! locationsTrack staffing requirements, initiating hiring process, in conjunction with Human Resources, as neededWork closely with accounting/financial departments, keeping CEO abreast of all financial situations and budgeting needs.Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and apply improvementsEvaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metricsRequired Skills/Background:BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus3+ years' proven experience in an operations management positionIn depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles, including data analysis and performance/operation metricsStrong budget development and oversight skillsKnowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Understanding of the digital art production spaceStrong work ethic and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.Ability to diagnose issues and quickly implement solutions.Pluses:Game studio or big agency experience.Multiple years of financial and account reportingBilingual communication skills (Spanish, Russian, or Romanian a plus)bully! fosters a work environment that is inclusive as well as diverse, where individual differences are appreciated, respected and responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person's talents and strengths.
