We work to understand our customer's business, proactively provide solutions to challenges, and ultimately help their business innovate and transform using Orum.The Solutions Consultant is part of Orum's Customer Success team and is responsible for partnering with Account Executives to ensure prospective customers are a good fit and set up for success with Orum. Part mentor, project manager, consultant, and product specialist, Orum Solution Consultants are passionate about helping prospective customers improve their sales development efforts and be successful with Orum. Solution Consultants work closely with the Sales Team to understand customers' business objectives, scope and execute platform trials, and consult prospects on the best strategies to be successful with Orum.ResponsibilitiesImplementationWork with prospective Orum customers to provide onboarding, integration help, education, and documentation to drive long term customer success & valueHelp Configure and set up all featuresSolutioningPosition Orum's advantages against perceived alternatives and competing offeringsUnderstand customer growth goals, strategies & initiatives, and establish as a best in class product experience solutionRecommend best practice use case of Orum based on an understanding of customer's business, use cases, success criteria for getting value, and dataIdentify & build relationships with key Executive Stakeholders within your portfolioOutcomes & Risk ManagementDrive adoption of Orum's product features to maximize the value providedRemain up to date on Orum's product features and develop use cases to drive customers to best practice standards, catalog as neededProactively identify potential risks to the success of prospective customers and recommend mitigation strategies for the Sales and post-sales Customer Success team.DocumentationProduce internal best practices and customer user stories to strengthen the customer adoption processRequirements 3+ years of Customer Success/Consulting/Professional Services and/or Sales experience in a tech company (ideally with Customer Success, CRM, or related applications ie Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft in a SaaS environment).Experience in Saas Customer Success or Sales Development / Sales is preferred. Candidates must be based in the USA. This position is not open to applicants in other countries.BA/BS or Equivalent ExperienceMust be comfortable with ambiguity, independent, detail-oriented, and can thrive in start-up environments including a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Consistent track record of delivering high renewal rates and meeting up-sell quota.Strong passion for being hands-on technically and product savviness.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams within a customer organization to support a joint outcome.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via oral & written formats.Passion for standardized/prescriptive processes.Enthusiasm for customer success & excellence.BenefitsFlexibility to work anywhere in the US.
