Villagio Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee operations of all VHG restaurant concepts. The Director of Operations will work to ensure that all activities are consistent with and supportive of the company's goals. Work to fix issues and train management staff to continue improvementsMonitor restaurant performance to identify emerging trends and areas of opportunity, including new technology or service modelsProvide structures, support and training for new projects and help evaluate potential opportunitiesHelp source, implement, refine and streamline company systems (such as POS, Payroll, On-boarding, Catering, Reservations).About You:5+ years' experience as a Regional or Area Manager, Director of Operations/Hospitality, Multi-unit Manager/GM, or Operating Partner in a restaurant setting Strategic background with a passion for hospitality and the ability to oversee multiple GMsMust be able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate concepts effectivelyRequires long stretches of standing, occasional carrying, pushing or pulling of items up to 50 lbs in weight
