Manages department finances, including budgeting and control of salary, non-salary, and capital investment expenses.Coordinates and monitors the development of long range plans and annual budgets for IS applications. Monitors financial performance to ensure it meets budgeted revenue/expense ratios.Manages professional and clerical staff, including day-to-day supervision, employee relations, and staff development.Selects, hires, and trains staff to perform assigned functions at a competent level.Develops work plans and schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
