Gallagher Foundation helping to raise awareness about teenage depression and anxiety.Job SummaryThe Benefits Consultant is responsible for consulting with clients to deliver a comprehensive HCM/Benefits Administration solution, and to guide the client towards the best solution for their business needs. The Benefits Consultant will partner with clients to understand their business and related needs, to analyze existing systems, interface requirements & business processes and recommend & implement appropriate solutions. They will also exchange routine information with members of the Implementation team, including priorities and issues as they arise.The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Serves as the single point of contact with multiple, concurrent new clients during the implementation process and comfortable with project managementConfigures a customized Benefits/ACA/HCM platform (when applicable) in coordination with other services sold and collaborating with other departments as necessaryResponsible for any plan details or enrollment data needed for plan setupServes as a resource for clients to help them better utilize products and featuresCommunicates professionally both internally with other departments and externally with clients/vendors regarding the status of the implementationComfortable in client facing situations to help with various stages of the implementation and/or training clients face to face (if necessary)Focuses heavily on accuracy and attention to detail for work completed while acting with a sense of urgency to help meet internal/external deadlinesResponsibilities also include:Open Enrollment Set up & SupportFSA/COBRA plan set upCarrier ConnectionsBenefits Reporting supportOngoing domain expertise of Benefits Administration, and its interrelationship with the other features of iSolvedOngoing support for clients (as needed) that are already live with Benefits/ACA/Carrier Connections, etc.Other responsibilities as neededDoes this sound like you?You should consider joining our Payroll Network team if you get a kick out of both technology and people, thrive in a friendly, fast-paced, dynamic environment, have a passion for client service, and enjoy learning something new every day. This is what we are looking for: At least 3 years of experience working in a Ben Admin/service environmentProficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systemsExcellent analytical skills and time management skills and ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish tasksExcellent communication skills both verbal and written and client facing experienceProficient using Microsoft OfficeEffectively handle multiple concurrent large projectsMust be flexible to overtime when necessaryHighly motivated individual that is a self-starter in a fast-paced environment that is continually changingBA/BS in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred.
