Full Job Description: Join us as we work closely with stakeholders to define and build a product to meet their operational needs. We have a small but growing team working to solve challenging software development and systems programming problems. In this role, the Principal CNO Developer will leverage deep knowledge in systems internals and networking to develop innovative solutions and highly performant / reliable code.Who You Are* A US citizen with an active Top Secret security clearance w/SCI Eligibility. * Expertise in C/C++ (C Preferred)* Knowledge of data structures, performance optimization / tuning, multi-threading* Expertise in at least one scripting language (Python preferred)* Proficiency with binary and source level reverse engineering* Proficiency in communications protocols such as TCP/IP, Industrial Control Systems, Enterprise Networking Protocols, Internetworking protocol, etc.* Strong communications skills including the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.* Background in cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Open Stack, or VMware (a plus)* Experience reverse engineering closed-source Hypervisors and/or Windows Kernel (a plus)* Windows / Linux / Embedded software driver development (a plus)* Expertise with build systems such as Meson (a plus)Solutions You Provide:* Able to work in a small team to design new features / components.* Build technologies that integrate with hypervisors and Operating Systems kernels* Design and build distributed communications protocols.* Participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle: research, design, develop, test, SCM, CI/CD, troubleshooting / support, and performance measurement.
