Preparation & prosecution of patents, portfolio assessments pertaining to deals (M, licensing), opinions, litigation support with possible cross over (depending on experience). Substantial client interaction. Minimum 3 years experience (claim drafting, prosecution, opinions) required. A suitable candidate will have a history of employment stability, Patent Bar (USPTO), and State Bar.Technical background:B.S. or higher in electrical / electronics engineering or computer engineering. MS or higher and/or prior engineering / development experience would be valued. Excellent academic credentials required.
