The Project Manager will provide onsite and remote federal program assistance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, repair, and replace equipment on projects to improve system reliability and efficiency Develop Scopes of Work, construction estimates, procurement documents, and perform construction management of projects involving mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural equipment, and components Review and interpret construction drawingsOrganize construction documents and drawings for all managing projects Confidently deliver, understand, and interpret construction drawings, Auto Cad or Sketch-up drawings to represent quality control and oversight programsConduct work inspections in buildings, equipment, and projects, as necessaryProvide regular status updates and reports on all projects to the government task manager(s)Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client issued Public TrustMinimum 3 years of experience managing projects with budgets up to $250,000.00Potential to gain knowledge, skills, and abilities to accomplish these responsibilities with increasing independenceAbility to read construction, Auto Cad, or Sketch-up drawingsExpertise in Microsoft Office Products (ie, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a multimedia environmentExcellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writingAbility to learn proprietary computer applications as necessaryAbility to work independently or as part of a teamEDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience COMPENSATIONIncludes competitive wages, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, 401k matching, life insurance, health, vision, and dental benefits.This position is not available for Corp-to-Corp or 3rd party sourcing.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
