Duties

• You will manage Lean Six Sigma activities, initiatives and develop Lean duties
• You will evaluate quantitative or qualitative analysis data to determine program operational performance.
• You will consult with organizational leaders and staff on continuous process improvement implementation.
• You will use Lean Six Sigma tools and methods for analyses, assessment, and improvement of program effectiveness.
• You will conduct Green and Yellow Belt training.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
• You will be required to possess a Green or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma

Education

Qualifying GS-11 education:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
