WWC is seeking an Administrative Specialist (engineering) for an opening on a potential contract with the US Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC). The individual will provide Support Services that maintain IBCTPL asset readiness. Specific responsibilities include:Assisting the IBCTPL ENG-SES2 Section with Time Compliant Technical Order/Engineering Change and Administrative Support. Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing Time Compliant Technical Order (TCTO)/Engineering Change (EC) documents. Supporting the execution of TCTO/EC Development functions in support of TCTO/EC Development and Deployment. Maintaining Engineering Change Projects files IAW current SFLC Process and Desk Guides. Initiating and tracking tasking Activities for Engineering Design, Planned Maintenance, Configuration and Supply Documentation. Drafting Prototype Packages for Product Line Management review and signature. Preparing draft and final Engineering Change documents incorporating deliverables that address all surface fleet Elements of Logistics. Coordinating review of preliminary and final Engineering Change documents with Product Line and Shared Service Divisions of SFLC. Completing other Engineering Administrative tasks to move Engineering Changes from Conception to Deployment in the fleet. This position is contingent on contract award. The Affirmative Action Program can be accessed during normal business hours by making an appointment with WWC Global HR at hr@wwcglobal.com.RequirementsBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree.Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in supporting an engineering department Able to communicate to a wide variety of people both internal and external to the Coast Guard and in commercial industries that serve the Coast Guard's needs. Knowledge of varying Coast Guard processes, principles, and tools. These include databases used to review, maintain, and update cutter maintenance records. Well versed in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) concepts, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) models and have an understanding of the four cornerstones of the Coast Guard business model (ie Configuration Management, Total Asset Visibility, Bi-Level Maintenance, Product Line Management). Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and ship repair contracts and purchases Working knowledge of Fleet Logistics System (FLS), Naval & Electronics Supply Support System (NESSS), Electronic Asset Logbook (EAL), and SFLC Central. Have knowledge of the following application FLS, NESSS, CGMS, NE-TIMS, FEDLOG, Web-FLIS, SFLC Central, and CG-LIMS. Per the US Government's Executive Order issued on September 9, 2021, all employees working on or in connection with a government contract must comply with EO 14042 regarding federal contractor vaccination by January 18, 2022.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
