Execute the day-to-day delivery of email marketing campaigns, product literature, quarterly newsletter, invitations, event materials, etc.2. Develops marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media3. Works closely with the sales team on program development and implementation4. Employs marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)5. Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishes contacts; develops schedules and assigns; coordinates mailing lists6. Ensures promotional materials are ready7. Responsible for the relationship with outside vendors to ensure brand consistency8. Oversees promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them as needed to facilitate their success9. Prepares and delivers promotional presentations10. Composes and posts online content on the company's website and social media accounts11. Writes marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company's presence in the market; approves all marketing literature completed by Marketing Coordinator12. Acts as mentor to junior staff13. Responsible for maintaining an elevated level of professionalism with clients, vendors and colleagues; works to establish a positive working relationship14.
