Work with program management and program teams to integrate new capabilities, define gaps, derive requirements, and develop program descriptions, specifications, integrated roadmaps, and detailed schedules. Support the development of acquisition and technical documentation. Serve as the on-site liaison to support and coordinate technical reviews, data analysis and reports, and monitor and report team and contract status/execution. Analyze manufacturers' proposals as permitted by law and regulation. Serve as the Radar Systems Engineer for coordination of technical program status and execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test, and program execution process with the manufacturer(s). Develop, execute, monitor, and report status on program efforts, including analysis of test data.Serve as a Radar Engineer for program technical execution, coordination, risk management and communication of concerns and issues with program management and technical leadership. Coordinate functions between government leads, contractor leads, engineers, technical subject matter experts and program management leaders involved in program planning and execution.Support and provide insight to determine the effectiveness of program execution and recommend modifications to processes for program activities or design reviews. Work with the program management and team lead(s) to develop out-year planning and provide input to roadmaps for analysis, risk reduction, development and integration of requirements/capabilities.Required Education, Experience, & Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university. Experience cannot be substituted for education.Candidate must have at least ten years of experience in Fire Control Radar Systems (AESA) Engineering and requirements development processes.Desired Experience and Skills:Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Project included) and Adobe products.Candidates should have demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.Candidate should have experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment.Security Clearance Required:A final Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance.Estimated Travel: 10-15%CRL Technologies is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
