SummaryLidl US is seeking an entry level Construction Analyst to support our HQ Construction team throughout day-to-day operations. This individual will be responsible for conducting research on best in industry construction trends and collaborating with HQ and regional construction leadership.What You'll DoAnalyze construction processes and requirements and develop corresponding process and data flowsAssist with construction process solution testing strategies, conditions and evaluation of expected resultsProduce technical and financial analysis in support of project and business solutionsPrepare and organize training content for internal training coursesOrganize and review construction site documentsVisit sites under constructionWhat You'll NeedMinimum a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldIn lieu of degree, 4 years of experience in related field will meet the education requirements listed aboveProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Self-motivation and highly professional demeanorStrong organizational, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contactsThis position commutes less than 25% of the timeWhat You'll ReceiveAt Lidl, we know that in order for our people to do their best, they must be at their best.
