We're looking for an HR Assistant to help our company find and retain excellent employees that would fit in our company culture. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees around multiple locations. With our team growing bigger every week, this will be a challenging, but very rewarding job.The ideal candidate should have experience in the HR field, excellent communication skills, strong coordination ability, a sharp analytical sense, a startup mindset and should be able to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done. Also, must be able to work with a diverse team, as we are a global company!Join a fast-growing, international startup with offices in 11 countries and clients in over 60 worldwide.Job ResponsibilitiesManage a full recruitment process including but not limited to writing job descriptions, posting job ads, collecting resumes, facilitating interviews, and processing offersDevelop and organize meaningful internal networking and community-building activities for employees to promote company culture and encourage employee engagementCoordinate employee satisfaction program to identify potential problems and provide solutionsAssist in the day-to-day HR operations for our US and LATAM teamConduct surveys related to the recruitment process and employee satisfactionOversee the transition process of new hires and onboardingEnsure that the offboarding of our employees are well managed with professionalismSupport the HR Team with various administration and projects executionPosition RequirementsMinimum of 3 years professional experience in recruitingExperience in software, B2B, startup environment or events space preferredStrong in Talent Management and onboardingExperience with the full recruitment processPrevious exposure, work experience, and knowledge of local and global HR agencies involved with the event management industry or tech is a big plusBA/BS in Human Resources Management, Economics, or other related fieldsExcellent time management, communication, coordination, and presentation skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbout Glue UpFounded in 2013, Glue Up (formerly EventBank) provides all-in-one engagement management cloud solutions that give professional communities the power to streamline operations, enrich audience engagement, and maximize value underpinning expansive networks.
