The candidate will work in a small team environment located in Washington DC. The candidate will participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle. The candidate must be able to work independently, as well as on a team with customers, stakeholders to elicit and analyze requirements, develop new functionality for COTS and GOTS applications, perform maintenance and provide customer support.
