Quantum Assurance International is seeking a Commercial Insurance Consultant to join our Fredericksburg, VA call center and help to carry out Quantum's mission to democratize insurance by helping clients protect what matters most. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills along with commercial insurance industry experience.As a Commercial Insurance Consultant, you will prepare clients for life's risks by guiding them through quality options that properly protect them, their family, and their business. If you are looking for a career with a company you can be proud to be a part of then apply today!Duties and Responsibilities: Maximize leads provided by overcoming objections, tailoring conversations to differences in lead source, and by delivering consistent follow-up.Present a bundled solution for both property and liability exposures when closing the sale for business owners.Clearly explain coverages chosen, endorsements, and inform client of any gaps in coverage.Clearly introduce Quantum and ensure the client understands our value proposition.Possess and maintain a positive mental attitude, including positive working relationships with clients and agency personnel.Qualifications: Property and Casualty License Preferred.1 to 2 years of commercial insurance experience.Must have an excellent understanding of various communication styles.Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills, including MS Office Suite.Familiar and comfortable with CRM systems.Benefits: .
