Since you will be the main point of contact between the company and our customers, you will also maintain a professional and friendly image and serve as an advocate for the company and our brand.Your specific duties include:Assess equipment and needs of customerIdentify revenue generating opportunities and make recommendations to the customerInstall equipment as neededPerform efficiency tests on all combustion related installationsPrepare accurate daily paperworkCommunicate with Dispatcher and Service departmentsUtilize all applicable safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)Exhibit courteous and helpful behavior towards customers and third partiesCollect fees when necessary (all methods of payment)Requirements:As an HVAC Installer, you will combine technical expertise with a personable, approachable, and helpful personality. You must also be highly detail-oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable nature.
