As a member of our team, you can look forward to a challenging career, an opportunity for unlimited career growth, and a great work/life balance.Job Summary:The Dynamics GP Consultant & Support Analyst will provide technical and functional assistance to users of Fidelity Building Services Group's applications. This position will lead newly acquired companies through GP integration and is responsible for responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or requests, and will continue to develop and enhance application functionality.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft SQL queries. They will also possess strong customer support skills, business, and technical knowledge to triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate or resolve user application issues.Responsibilities:Travel to newly acquired businesses to plan and implement the Dynamics GP integrationIdentify, research, and resolve technical software issues in a timely mannerWork with end users to reproduce reported issues in test environments and report those issues to the development team or application vendorSupport, configure, and troubleshoot the existing Dynamics GP systemPlan and implement Dynamics GP version upgrade and monitor performance of applications after implementationMaintain optimal system availability and proper interfaces to other key systemsProvide assistance and training to our business on new processes and modulesCreate, modify, and maintain Dynamics GP reports, using SmartList Builder, Smartview, SSRS, and ad-hoc SQL queriesPerform all system administration tasks related to Dynamics GP and other financial systems including creating and maintaining users, access set-up and entitlements, managing and performing maintenance procedures, and other related tasksQualifications:5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics GP administrationExposure to applications and third-party ISV software such as SmartConnect, Mekorma MICR, eOne Products such as SmartList Builder, SalesPad, Key2Act, Liaison, Altec (Doc-link), and Credit Card AdvantageUnderstanding of Relational Database Management Systems such as Microsoft SQL Server with strong SQL skills authoring queries, creating views and stored proceduresExperience with IT Infrastructure such as Windows Server, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365Required Travel: 30%Benefits:Competitive SalaryMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disabilities InsuranceFlexible Spending Account401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday PayEducation and Training Reimbursementwww.fidelitybsg.comhttps://careers-fidelity.com/
