Your JobThe marketplace optimization team builds systems that improve Indeed's marketplace of job seekers and employers. For this, Indeed uses different machine learning models to recommend the employers the right setup for sponsoring jobs at Indeed, helping them leverage signals from the marketplace at a particular point in time. You will directly influence Indeed's monetization strategy and its marketplace future by building and supporting these machine learning models in production. You'll work closely with data scientists on their definition and you'll be responsible for designing and building the infrastructure to support them in production. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
